Equipment & Facility Upgrades
In 2024 we upgraded various areas of the gym and member experience including:

• Les Mills Virtual Studio (in progress): Get exclusive access to world-class virtual workouts from the group fitness studio, any time it is not in use! Les Mills Virtual will bring variety and energy to your fitness routine, outside of the normal group fitness class timetable.
• Upgraded Pool Boiler: Ensuring a warm and comfortable swim every time.

In 2025 you can expect to see some more exciting additions including:

• Refreshed Showers: Brand-new tiled flooring in both the Mens and Ladies shower areas for a modern and clean finish.
• Upgraded Toilets and Sink Areas: Comprehensive renovations include new panelling, updated toilets and cisterns, and refreshed pipework for the Mens urinals. New tiles will be installed behind the sink areas in the toilets for an upgraded look.
• Revamped Cubicles: Freshly painted cubicles in both the Mens and Ladies toilets, giving the spaces a refreshed, modern feel.
• Studio and Weights Room Investment: Upgraded equipment to elevate your training experience.

Virtual Studio Upgrade
Starting 1 January 2025, we're moving our on-demand fitness classes and resources to a more accessible platform: YouTube! There is no need to create an account or log in, just tap the Virtual Studio card in our mobile App to access online fitness resources and weekly updated workouts anytime, anywhere.

Enhanced Software Development
We're rolling out new software to provide more personalised member communication, streamline in-club systems, and create a more connected gym experience for you.

AI Integration
Next year we plan to introduce AI technology to elevate customer service and enhance your overall member experience.

Sustainability Initiatives
We are working towards adopting new renewable energy sources to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a greener future.

Staff Training Programs
Our team will undergo advanced training in GP referral programs, mental health awareness, and support for members with long-term health conditions, ensuring you get the care and expertise you need.
