Mats are available for Yoga & Pilates classes, however Bringing your own mat is recommended.

To me exercise is life, it is equal to food, sleep and many more pleasures of life. I have been into sports and exercise all my life and I cannot imagine my life without it. I come from a football and athletics background and you will be able to see many football and athletics exercises in some of my sessions. I am dedicated to helping people and I am a great believer that exercise can prevent health problems and can improve quality of life, and I look forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. I am also a great believer that exercise should be fun and life changing, that is why I try to find ways to keep a client motivated by making every single session fun.
