Southend Spring Detox Yoga Balance Workshop

Shake off the heaviness of winter and welcome in Spring by getting the body’s energy flowing again - leaving the body and mind re-energized and invigorated.

When? Saturday 2nd April 2022
Time? 1-3 pm
Where? Welcome Gym Southend

In this workshop with Sue and Tonks, we will focus on abdominal work twists and inversions for a complete body-mind workout. Aiding digestion and mental and physical well-being.

We will explore gentle inversions and build on these to clear, calm, and balance the mind and body. Also working with heart-opening postures and backbends to improve general and emotional well-being, working with two experienced teachers to guide you through posture and adjustments.

This workshop will leave you feeling energized balanced and refreshed. Long term benefits of detox yoga include improved sleep, higher energy levels, reduced inflammation, ease of painful joints, and reduced bloating.

£12 per person


We will refund tickets up to 72 hours before the event, the booking fee is not refundable.
