Get ready for THE TOUR – an exciting Indoor Cycling challenge happening from 1st July - 31st July at Welcome Gym. Whether you’re new to cycling or you ride every week, this is your chance to have fun, stay active, and win big.



Go for Yellow – Become a TOP RIDER

If you love a challenge, then this is for you. Each Welcome Gym club will crown their Top 5 Riders – the members who attend the most Indoor Cycling classes in July. These top riders will win the TOP RIDER Yellow Jersey, plus bragging rights for the whole year. So, if you’re feeling competitive, now is the time to pedal your heart out!

Just Show Up – Become Part of the PELOTON PACK

Don’t worry if you’re not chasing the top spot. Everyone who joins THE TOUR will be automatically entered into a prize draw. Simply by taking part, you could win a PELOTON PACK Green Jersey. So, even if you ride for fun, you still have a chance to win!

Here’s How It Works:

To join THE TOUR, just follow these simple steps:

• From 1 July you can pick up a challenge stamp card at reception. (Both members and taster members can join in.)
• Attend any Indoor Cycling class during July.
• Get your card stamped at reception after each class.
• Hand in your card by Monday, 4th August to make sure you’re entered into the prize draw.

No cheating – stamps must be earned honestly. Winners will be contacted by email after the challenge ends.

Ride with a Friend – Stay Motivated

Training with a friend is a great way to stay on track. In fact, riding together makes workouts more fun and keeps you both motivated. So, grab a mate or find a new cycling buddy in class. You'll be more likely to stick with it and enjoy every session.
