Now that we are into the second week of April, the high energy of our Easter "MOVE 3 Ways" campaign has successfully brought many new and returning faces onto our gym floor. It is a fantastic time of year to be at Welcome Gym. However, we also know that this is the point where the initial "newness" of a fitness journey can start to fade.
