Cleanse & Detox - Pineapple, Coconut And Ginger Smoothie

Try this super smoothie with delicious pineapple, coconut and ginger. Detoxing your body has 5 major health benefits:



  1. Helps remove toxins from the body and liver

  2. Reduces inflammation

  3. Promotes healthy brighter skin

  5. Gives you a bit of energy and va va voom!



Smoothie Recipe Serves 2
prep time 10 minutes

150g pineapple, peeled and cubed
1 banana
2 cm lump of ginger root
a carton of coconut water




  • Prepare and chop the pineapple

  • Peel the ginger and roughly chop it

  • Peel the banana and roughly chop

  • Place the pineapple into the large jug of your nutri blender.



  • Add in the banana, ginger and a squeeze of lime if you fancy a extra zing!

  • Fill to the maximum line with coconut water then blend for 30 seconds.

  • Add a few blocks of ice for a more tropical feel!
