With 6 years of consistent strength and fitness training of my own along with more than 2 years working in a fitness environment, I am here to share what I have learned with you. Through training with myself, you will learn how to use your time in the gym more effectively to reach your goals and optimal potential!

My love for the gym began whilst training with Oxford United’s development squad. I spent 3 years with the team being trained and mentored by professional players and coaches; the importance they placed on training in the gym has stuck with me and encouraged me to learn more about lifting.

My passion for sports and strength is now focused on powerlifting; I currently train for national and international competitions. I have coached myself to compete in the British Drug-Free Powerlifting Association and I am willing to share the knowledge that got me to this level with you. Through my powerlifting focused training I have a high understanding of tailoring programmes which can develop strength and improve technique especially in the areas of main compound lifts; squat, bench and deadlift.
