Our New COVID 19 Member Code Of Conduct

If you have any flu-like symptoms,

then please stay at home.

Pay attention and abide

by our signage and instructions.

If possible, arrive at the gym ready to workout

as Changing & Shower Facilities will be limited.

Only use designated available equipment

Keep 1+ metres apart at all times

and respect others personal space.

Always wear clean gym kit

Use hand sanitiser

and wash your hands regularly.

Do not take towels

on to the gym floor or in the studio.

Do not shake hands

with staff or other members.

Please adhere to all club rules

and staff requests.

Cleaning schedules have increased, however, please sanitise the equipment before and after you use it.

Safety requirements mean that our water fountains will be switched off so please bring your own water or purchase a supply from the vending machines

Please limit your visits To 90 Minutes
- to allow fair access to the gym and its facilities.

We politely request members bring their
Own Mat to yoga and Pilates classes.
