Our private ladies-only space offers a more comfortable environment for women who prefer additional privacy while training. Equipped with a range of cardio and resistance machines, and free weights, it provides a supportive setting to build confidence and feel at ease.

Take part in energising indoor cycling classes designed to improve fitness, stamina and motivation. A great way to enjoy structured group training in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.

Clean and practical changing facilities include lockers and showers, making it simple to fit your workout into your daily routine. Padlocks are available for purchase from reception if required.
